Symptoms
When creating an Attachment Exclusion Lexicon within SourceOne Email Supervisor, the syntax does not exclude the specified attachment correctly.
Cause
The syntax within the SourceOne Email Supervisor Administration guide is incorrect: [*.pdf] IN xvAttach
Resolution
The correct syntax to exclude specified attachment is as follows:
(.<attachment extension> in XvAttach)
(.<attachment extension> in XvAttach)
Example: (.pdf in XvAttach)
