Symptoms

En kund arbetar med att konfigurera LDAP på disksystem och har problem med att LDAP-serveranslutningen misslyckades.

Det gick inte att ansluta till LDAP-servern. Kontrollera LDAP-konfigurationen igen under Katalogtjänster rapporteras på sidan "Konfigurera autentiseringsuppgifter för LDAP-server".

LDAP Domain = jstone.mystore.com
Distinguished Name=CN=unity-service, CN=Users, DC=jstone, DC=mystore, DC=com
Password=matched to domain account password set for unity-service in Active Directory
Port=389

Klicka på <Använd> och sedan på Verifiera inloggningsuppgifter. >> Meddelandet Anslutning misslyckades visas.

 

Cause

NTP har inte konfigurerats.

 

Resolution

När NTP har ställts in fungerar LDAP-autentiseringen.

 

Additional Information

  1. Kontrollera nätverksanslutningen mellan Unity och LDAP-servern. Du kan se CLI-guiden /net/util/ping eller /net/util/traceroute för att kontrollera det.

  2. Om anslutningen är ok kan du behöva kontrollera om bindnings-DN är korrekt. Se CLI-manualen /net/nas/ldap

Kontrollera och se till att sökvägen till bindnings-DN stämmer överens med LDAP-serverinställningarna.
