Symptoms
当用户注销 SourceOne Search，然后在未关闭浏览器的情况下重新登录时，Microsoft IIS 服务器不记录用户名。
Cause
对站点应用程序池使用“经典”管道模式时，Microsoft IIS 服务器无法正确记录用户名。
Resolution
要解决此问题，请按照以下过程作。
1） 在安装了“EMC SourceOne Search”软件的 SourceOne 服务器上打开 Internet Information Services Manager2） 选择应用程序池
3） 右键单击搜索应用程序池
4） 选择基本设置
5） 使用“托管管道模式”下拉列表更改为集成模式。
用户名将按预期记录在 IIS 服务器日志中。
SourceOne Email Management 安装套件将更新为在 7.2.8 SP9 之后的下一个服务包中设置“集成”模式
1） 在安装了“EMC SourceOne Search”软件的 SourceOne 服务器上打开 Internet Information Services Manager2） 选择应用程序池
3） 右键单击搜索应用程序池
4） 选择基本设置
5） 使用“托管管道模式”下拉列表更改为集成模式。
