Unable to backup Virtual Machiness in containers.(BR>(When trying to initiate backup, it fails with no option to view details.)

The VM Container is nested under two layers.

Cause

The cause is a configuration error - Recursive Protection was not selected.

Resolution

  1. Delete backup policy.
  2. Re-create the backup policy, ensuring that Recursive Protection is marked under the Parent Container.
