Secure Connect Gateway: How to configure SCG if DNS is not available

Instructions
Add the entries below to the file /etc/init.d/after.local on the SCG Virtual Machine and reboot the SCG VM.
This will add the SCG infrastructure IP addresses to the hosts file inside the esrsde-app container after every reboot.
Steps:

cd /etc/init.d
-
vi after.local
- Press "i" (insert mode)
- Copy and paste the section below into the vi editor
- Press ESC, then type ":wq!" (colon, wq, exclamation, without the quotes)
- Type "reboot" and press return

Additional Information
This procedure does not work with SCG 5.28 new installs. Procedure can be followed but upgrade to 5.30+ would be required before after.local is executed after each boot. Commands can be manually run one time to be able to complete the upgrade process.
