Symptoms

適用於 Microsoft 的 NetWorker 模組 （NMM） SQL Server 備份失敗。   此問題的症狀包括：

  • 備份失敗，並出現下列錯誤：
nsrsqlsv NSR critical Cannot login to SQL Server Default Instance. 38008:nsrsqlsv: Named Pipes Provider: Could not open a connection to SQL Server [2].
  • 使用“修改用戶端”嚮導修改用戶端資源時，備份集選擇將生成一個視窗，其中包含錯誤”Referenced object does not exist.」 

Cause

  • 此問題的根本原因是 SQL Server 服務未執行。

Resolution

  • 若要解決此問題，請與資料庫管理員聯繫以重新啟動 SQL Server 服務。
