Symptoms
Dell은 SSH를 통해 SCG(Secure Connect Gateway)를 사용하여 CLI에 연결할 수 있지만 SCG(Secure Connect Gateway)를 통해 Unisphere 연결에 연결할 수는 없습니다.
Unisphere는 IP 주소를 사용하여 연결할 수 있지만 SCG를 사용하여 연결할 수 없습니다.
Cause
이 문제는 네트워크 포트 또는 SCG를 통한 방화벽 연결이 누락되어 발생합니다.
Resolution
방화벽 설정을 확인합니다.
방화벽이 보안 연결 게이트웨이에서 필요한 포트의 Unity로의 통신을 허용하는지 확인합니다.
네트워크 포트 443이 열려 있고 SCG가 Unisphere를 통해 Unity 어레이와 통신할 수 있는지 확인합니다.
포트 443이 열리면 SCG를 사용하는 Unisphere 연결이 작동해야 합니다.
