Cause
It is a known issue with OneFS Versions 9.4.0.0, 9.4.0.16, and 9.5.0.6 when creating a Cloudpool account using WebUI. WebUI is not accepting EULA agreements during Cloudpools Account creation, and the Cloudpool account can only be created using CLI. The issue is resolved in version 9.5.0.7.
Resolution
A cloudpool account must be created using CLI to resolve the issue:
isi cloud accounts create --name=<> --type=azure --uri=<> --account-username=<> --key=<>
