Symptoms

Avamar 가비지 컬렉션 프로세스가 실패하고 
ERROR: <4202> failed garbage collection with error MSG_ERR_BADTIMESYNC

 

Cause

하나 이상의 Avamar 데이터 노드와 유틸리티 노드 간에 시간이 동기화되지 않습니다.
이로 인해 Avamar 유지 보수 작업이 실패합니다.

Resolution

해결 방법:
1. Putty 세션을 통해 Avamar에 로그인합니다. 관리자 키를 로드합니다.
Avamar 참조: Avamar 서버에 로그인하고 다양한 키를

로드하는 방법2. 모든 Avamar 노드에서 시간이 동기식인지 확인합니다. 샘플 출력은 부록 A 를 참조하십시오.
  
mapall --all --parallel 'date'


시간이 동기화

되지 않은 경우 3. Avamar를 따릅니다. asktime을 사용하여 Avamar 서버에서 NTP를 변경 하여 모든 노드에서 시간을 동기화하는
