- 當護蓋使用原則時，EME 服務會停止並開始關閉 Windows 用戶端。
- 此問題會同時影響用戶端和伺服器。
- 問題是伺服器上的原則，但指示燈是用戶端上的 EME 服務當機。
Cause
當外部媒體版本 （EME） 原則超過 2048 個字元的限制時，EME 服務會關閉作業系統。EME 將數個硬式編碼原則新增至加密資料夾清單，進而將字串大小推過 2048 年的限制。
Resolution
此問題已在 Dell Data Protection 中解決 |Enterprise Edition v9.5，目前限制為 50，000 個字元。
因應措施：
- 將 EME 原則中的字元數減少至最多 2048 個字元。
