AppSync：AppSync 附掛程式導致 Windows 裝置無法上線

觀察到以下內容：
使用磁碟管理員至線上裝置時，發現 Partmgr 屬性欄位為「0」。
但是，當使用 Powershell 時，發現 partmgr 屬性欄位為「3」
注意：partmgr 可在註冊表中找到：
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Enum\SCSI\<device>\<instance>\Device Parameters\Partmgr
名為 「 屬性」的欄位，類型為 REG_DWORD
