Symptoms

DPA 데이터 저장소에서 다음 명령을 사용하여 데이터 저장소 가져오기를 실행하는 경우:

Linux:  ./dpa.sh ds 가져오기 < 가져오기 파일의 위치 및 이름> --debug
Windows: \emc\dpa\services\bin> dpa ds 가져오기 < 가져오기 파일의 위치 및 이름> --debug
--debug 매개변수는 필수는 아니지만 화면의 가져오기 진행률에 대한 세부 정보를 표시합니다.
다음과 같은 오류가 발생합니다. 
[DEBUG] pg_restore: processing data for table "dpa.bkup_ddclone"
[DEBUG] pg_restore: processing data for table "dpa.backupevent"
[DEBUG] pg_restore: processing data for table "dpa.backup_media"
[DEBUG] pg_restore: processing data for table "dpa.backupjob"
[DEBUG] pg_restore: error: error returned by PQputCopyData: SSL SYSCALL error: EOF detected
[DEBUG] pg_restore: error: a worker process died unexpectedly

Cause

이 오류는 DPA 데이터 저장소 서버의 메모리 리소스가 부족하여 발생합니다.

Resolution

DPA 관리 가이드에 설명된 최소 메모리 요구 사항이 구성되어 있는지 확인합니다.
또한 서버의 메모리 리소스에 대해 DPA를 튜닝해야 합니다.

예를 들어 32GB 메모리가 서버에 할당된 경우 다음과 같이 DPA를 튜닝해야 합니다.
Linux:  ./dpa.sh ds tune 32GB
Windows: \emc\dpa\services\bin> dpa ds 32GB

튜닝이 영향을
받으려면 DPA 서비스를 재시작해야 합니다. Linux:  /emc/dpa/services/bin> ./dpa.sh ds restart
Windows: \emc\dpa\services\bin> dpa ds restart
