Symptoms

在 DPA 数据存储区上，使用以下命令运行数据存储区导入时：

Linux：  /emc/dpa/services/bin> ./dpa.sh ds 导入分配和导入文件的名称> --debug
Windows：\emc\dpa\services\bin> dpa ds 导入分配和导入文件的名称> --debug
--debug 参数不是必需参数，但它在屏幕上显示有关导入进度的详细信息。
观察到以下错误： 
[DEBUG] pg_restore: processing data for table "dpa.bkup_ddclone"
[DEBUG] pg_restore: processing data for table "dpa.backupevent"
[DEBUG] pg_restore: processing data for table "dpa.backup_media"
[DEBUG] pg_restore: processing data for table "dpa.backupjob"
[DEBUG] pg_restore: error: error returned by PQputCopyData: SSL SYSCALL error: EOF detected
[DEBUG] pg_restore: error: a worker process died unexpectedly
Completed in : 1min 52secs

Cause

此错误是由 DPA 数据存储区服务器上的内存资源不足引起的。

Resolution

确认已配置最低内存要求，该要求在 DPA 管理指南 中概述。
还需要针对服务器上的内存资源调整 DPA。

例如，如果为服务器分配了 32 GB 内存，则应按如下所示调整 DPA：
Linux：  /emc/dpa/services/bin> ./dpa.sh ds 调整 32 GB
窗户：\emc\dpa\services\bin> dpa ds 32 GB

需要重新启动 DPA 服务，以使调整生效：
Linux：  /emc/dpa/services/bin> ./dpa.sh ds restart
Windows：\emc\dpa\services\bin> dpa ds restart
