Unisphere for VMAX 8.3 설치 실패 시 "오류: 설치 볼륨의 상태가

"8dot3 이름 생성이 활성화됨"인데도 8.3 파일 이름 생성이 비활성화되었습니다.환경:
  • 마이크로소프트 윈도우 2012
  • Dell EMC Unisphere for VMAX: 버전 8.3

Cause

기본적으로 Windows 8 Dot 3 명명 규칙은 비활성화되어 있습니다. Windows 시스템 경로를 검토해야 합니다. 

 

Resolution

이 문제를 해결하려면 Windows에서 "Path" 변수를 확인해야 합니다.

이 작업은 다음 두 가지 방법 중 하나로 수행할 수 있습니다.
  1. 시스템 정보 MMC를 통해 다음을 수행합니다.
내 컴퓨터>속성? 고급 시스템 속성> 환경 변수>
  • SYMCLI\bin 파일의 설치 경로를 포함하도록 "Path"를 편집합니다. 
  • 또한 표준 Windows 변수도 있는지 확인합니다. 이를 제거하면 오류가 발생합니다.
  1. 또는 명령 프롬프트에서 다음을 수행합니다.
  • 명령줄에 "Path"를 입력합니다. 
또한 Windows 2012에서 8.3 명명 규칙이 사용하도록 설정되어 있는지 확인해야 합니다. 기본적으로 사용하지 않도록 설정되어 있습니다. 예:
 
C:\>fsutil 8dot3name set G:
0명8dot3name 동작을 설정했습니다.
