Symptoms

當 Avamar 用戶端與工作器一起發出時，備份會立即失敗，並 顯示「備份作業失敗！「.原因是「來源或目標清單中的錯誤」。

Avamar Administrator 活動監視器會以 代碼 10012 將備份狀態報告為失敗錯誤。

用戶端 avagent 記錄檔會報告下列警告訊息：

avagent 警告 <6690>：CTL 工作器「Default Schedule-Group-1380092400278」非零結束狀態「code 536870924：來源或目標清單中的錯誤」

Cause

用戶已嘗試使用檔案 C：\Program Files\avs\var\avtar.cmd，將旗標直接新增至用戶端。
 
在第一個範例中：
exclude=*.avi
exclude=*.mp3
exclude=*.MP4
 
在第二個範例中：
偵錯

這些旗標格式不正確。這會使 avtar 相信它們是來源資料檔案或目錄。Avtar 會嘗試以用戶端上的路徑掃描。

由於用戶端上不存在「.\exclude=*.MP4」或「.\debug」的路徑，avtar 認為來源數據集無效。

Resolution

在Avamar用戶端目錄中 使用 .cmd 檔案中旗標 （即 在avtar.cmd 或 avagent.cmd中） 時，旗標必須以兩個連字元進行前綴。 
 
例如;
--exclude=*.avi
--debug
--要備份的詳細

路徑也可以新增至avtar.cmd檔案，但必須是有效的路徑。

其中包含旗標和路徑的avtar.cmd檔案範例為：
C：\Users
--exclude=*.mp3
