Symptoms

상태 점검 idc_swi'은 VxVerify 상태 점검의 일부로 ESXi 노드에서 실행되고 iDRAC에서 소프트웨어 인벤토리를 검색합니다. 이렇게 하면 ESXi에서 iDRAC로의 통신이 올바르게 작동하고 알려진 업그레이드 문제가 있는 버전에 대해 인벤토리가 구문 분석됩니다.

Cause

iDRAC 테스트는 Dell 노드에만 적용되며 가상 및 Quanta 노드에 대해서는 우회됩니다.
이 테스트는 소프트웨어 인벤토리를 읽을 수 있는지 쿼리하고 vxtii.txt 보고서에서 볼 수 있는 현재 iDRAC 버전을 반환합니다.

Resolution

iDRAC가 응답하지 않습니다.

  1. iDRAC UI에 연결하고 제대로 작동하고 보고되는지 확인합니다.
  2. racadm을 사용하여 racadm swinventory 명령이 성공적으로 반환되는지 확인합니다.
    • 다음 명령은 ESXi 콘솔에서 실행할 수 있습니다(VxRail 8.0.300 이상에서는 작동하지 않음).
    • ​​​​/opt/vxrail/bin/remotecmd -q -o StrictHostKeyChecking=no -o UserKnownHostsFile=/dev/null -o PubkeyAuthentication=yes -o PasswordAuthentication=no -i /etc/ssh/ssh_host_rsa_key -l vxpsvc 169.254.0.1 racadm swinventory
  3. 명령이 올바르게 반환되지 않으면 iDRAC를 재설정하거나 재부팅합니다.
    • 예를 들어, ipmitool을 사용하여 iDRAC를 재부팅하려면 아래 명령을 참조하십시오.  
      • /opt/vxrail/tools/ipmitool mc reset cold

  4. iDRAC를 재설정한 후 다시 테스트하고 racadm swinventory가 올바르게 반환되면 VxVerify를 다시 실행합니다.
