Cause

iDRAC 测试仅适用于戴尔节点，对于虚拟节点和 Quanta 节点可绕过。

Resolution

iDRAC 无响应。

  1. 连接到 iDRAC UI 并检查其是否正常工作并正确报告。
  2. 使用 racadm 检查 racadm swinventory 命令是否成功返回。
    • 可以从 ESXi 控制台运行以下命令（这在 VxRail 8.0.300 或更高版本上不起作用）：
    • ​​​​/opt/vxrail/bin/remotecmd -q -o StrictHostKeyChecking=no -o UserKnownHostsFile=/dev/null -o PubkeyAuthentication=yes -o PasswordAuthentication=no -i /etc/ssh/ssh_host_rsa_key -l vxpsvc 169.254.0.1 racadm swinventory
  3. 如果命令未正确返回，请重置或重新启动 IDRAC。
