Symptoms
Efter trin 5 og 6 vises følgende fejlmeddelelse i Unisphere-brugergrænsefladen, når du når 99 % status:
"The system encountered an unexpected error. Search for the error code on the support website or product forums, or contact your service provider, if available. (Error Code:0x7d13001)"
Cause
Der opstod et problem ved upload af Unity OE-filen. Der er generelt to (2) grunde:
- Filen er korrupt.
- Sandsynligvis kopierede filen ikke helt fra supportsider eller andre steder.
- Der er et periodisk forbindelsesproblem mellem Unisphere-brugergrænsefladen og den placering, hvor OE-filen blev kopieret fra.
Resolution
- Genstart Unity Management Services, og prøv at opgradere igen fra trin 1.
- Kontroller, at filen OE ikke er korrupt.
- Download billedet igen.
- Kontroller, at filens størrelse svarer til begge placeringer.
