Symptoms
5단계 및 6단계 후 99% 진행률에 도달하면 Unisphere UI에 다음 오류 메시지가 표시됩니다.
"The system encountered an unexpected error. Search for the error code on the support website or product forums, or contact your service provider, if available. (Error Code:0x7d13001)"
Cause
Unity OE 파일을 업로드할 때 문제가 발생합니다. 일반적으로 두(2) 가지 이유가 있습니다.
- 파일이 손상되었습니다.
- 지원 페이지나 다른 위치에서 파일을 완전히 복사하지 않았을 수 있습니다.
- Unisphere UI와 OE 파일이 복사된 위치 사이에 간헐적인 연결 문제가 있습니다.
Resolution
- Unity 관리 서비스를 재시작하고 1단계부터 업그레이드를 다시 시도합니다.
- OE 파일이 손상되지 않았는지 확인합니다.
- 이미지를 다시 다운로드합니다.
- 파일 크기가 두 위치와 일치하는지 확인합니다.
- 업그레이드 파일의 md5sum 검토
