Symptoms

Microsoft 365 그룹의 그룹 메타데이터 백업은 실패했지만 동일한 그룹에 대한 그룹 사이트 백업은 정상입니다. 
UI의 M365 백업 상태  

로그에서 아래 오류를 찾을 수 있습니다.

Cause

문제는 Microsoft 365용 OAuth 내의 애플리케이션 권한에 있습니다.

애플리케이션 목록을 가져오려면 Exchange Online PowerShell에서 아래 명령을 실행합니다. 
Get-OrganizationConfig | Format-List EwsApplicationAccessPolicy,Ews*List

Resolution

Exchange Online PowerShell에서 아래 명령을 실행하여 허용 목록에 python-request를 추가합니다. 
Set-OrganizationConfig -EwsApplicationAccessPolicy EnforceAllowList -EwsAllowList @{Add="python-requests/*"}
