Symptoms

PowerProtect VM(Virtual Machine) Direct Engine 솔루션은 vSphere 환경을 보호하는 데 사용됩니다. PowerProtect 인터페이스는 Windows VM(Virtual Machine)의 FLR(File-Level Recover)을 수행하는 데 사용됩니다. 동일한 VM에 대한 FLR 마운트 작업이 실패하고 ARV0007 SCSI ID에 해당 물리적 드라이브가 없음을 나타냅니다. PowerProtect 인터페이스 "JobsSystem >JobsJob>ID"의 System Job 세부 정보에는 다음이 표시됩니다.
 

ARV0007: VM Direct engine is unable to restore the virtual machine 'my-vm-name' on vCenter 'my-vcenter.mydomain.com'.

Restore of this virtual machine to the destination vCenter was unsuccessful.

Review the error details and summary log in the Jobs window, or review the log files at /var/log/brs/vmdm for more detailed information to troubleshoot the issue.

Unable to mount disks. Could not mount VMDKs onto VM 'my-vm-name' (vm-3901) filesystems. Unable to perform FLR Agent operation 'mount' on VM my-vm-name (vm-3901). SCSI ID 0/0/1/0 does not have a corresponding PhysicalDrive.

Cause

VM에 FLR에 대한 알려진 제한 사항이 있는 동적 디스크가 포함되어 있습니다. 

Resolution

Windows 동적 디스크를 사용하는 가상 머신의 파일 레벨 복원은 다음 제한 사항과 함께 지원됩니다.
  • 원본과 다른 가상 머신으로 복구하는 경우에만 복원을 수행할 수 있습니다. 또한 이 가상 머신은 원본의 클론일 수 없습니다.
  • 가상 머신 관리자로 복원을 수행합니다.
  • 동일한 템플릿에서 클론을 생성하거나 배포하여 생성된 Windows 가상 머신의 경우 이러한 모든 Windows 가상 머신의 동적 볼륨에는 동일한 GUID가 사용될 수 있습니다.
