Symptoms
PowerProtect Data Manager 虚拟机 （VM） 直接引擎解决方案用于保护 vSphere 环境。PowerProtect Interface Infrastructure Protection Engine 页面显示 my-vproxy.my-domain.com VM Direct 引擎的错误状态。
Unable to check vProxy 'my-vproxy.my-domain.com' state: Get "Https://my-vproxy.my-domain.com:9090/api/v1/VproxyEngines/RstEngine": Server Certificate does not match with any known certificates. Server's identiy has changed. (proxy: my-vproxy.my-domain.com)
Cause
VM Direct Engine 已移至由其他 vCenter Server 管理的新 ESXi 群集。证书包含对部署 vCenter Server 的引用，这些引用在新 vCenter Server 上无效。
Resolution
移除现有的 VM Direct Engine 并针对新的 ESX\vCenter 环境部署它。
- 打开 PowerProtect Data Manager 界面。
- 导航到“Infrastructure > Asset Source”，然后将新的 vCenter Server 添加到 PowerProtect 配置中。
- 导航到“Infrastructure >Protection Engines”并捕获受影响 vProxy 的相关网络详细信息（IP 地址、DNS、网关）。
- 从配置中删除受影响的 VM Direct 引擎。
