Symptoms

PowerProtect Data Manager VM(Virtual Machine) Direct Engine 솔루션은 vSphere 환경을 보호하는 데 사용됩니다. PowerProtect 인터페이스 인프라스트럭처 보호 엔진 페이지에 my-vproxy.my-domain.com VM Direct 엔진에 대한 오류 상태가 표시됩니다.

Cause

VM Direct Engine이 다른 vCenter Server에서 관리하는 새 ESXi 클러스터로 이동되었습니다. 인증서에 배포 vCenter Server에 대한 참조가 포함되어 있으며, 이는 새 vCenter Server에서 유효하지 않습니다.

Resolution

기존 VM Direct Engine을 제거하고 새 ESX\vCenter 환경에 배포합니다.

  • PowerProtect Data Manager 인터페이스를 엽니다.
  • "InfrastructureAsset  > Source"로 이동하여 새 vCenter Server를 PowerProtect 구성에 추가합니다.
  • "Infrastructure Protection  >Engines"로 이동하여 영향을 받는 vProxy에 대한 관련 네트워킹 세부 정보(IP 주소, DNS, 게이트웨이)를 캡처합니다.  
  • 영향을 받는 VM Direct Engine을 구성에서 삭제합니다.
  • 관련 네트워킹 세부 정보와 함께 새 VM Direct Engine을 추가하고 새 타겟 vSphere 리소스를 선택합니다.
  • 새 VM Direct Engine에는 적절한 vCenter Server 세부 정보가 포함된 새 인증서가 있습니다.
