Cause

節點重新開機後，交換組態並未儲存於 /etc/fstab.
原生「交換」磁碟分割在開機時未載入。
節點已重新製作映像，且「交換」未套用於節點。
從未將更多「交換」套用到有擴充的叢集。

確認所有節點上「交換」是否具有一致性。

注意：我們看到以下輸出顯示機架 1 節點 1 在「交換」中只有 8G 與叢集不相符。
