Dell BSAFE 產品團隊宣佈 Dell BSAFE Micro Edition Suite 5.0.2.1的一般可用性。此版本內嵌 Dell BSAFE Crypto-C Micro Edition 4.1.5 FIPS 140-2 密碼編譯模組。

本版本正在解決下列問題的修正方法：
  • 使用 PKCS #11 裝置時，TLS 會使用 Secure Connection API （R_SC） 進行交握該金鑰的 PKCS #11 權杖不支援的簽章方案。
  • r_cm_inf_pwri_w.h中舊格式的功能宣告所導致的編譯錯誤。
此版本也會增加最初在 BSAFE Micro Edition Suite 5.0 版中未支援的作業系統支援，這些作業系統在版本 4.6.x 中受到支援。BSAFE Micro Edition Suite MES 4.6.x 支援的平臺尚未達到生命週期結束/結束支援，現在僅透過 BSAFE Micro Edition Suite 5.x 版本分支支援。

在此版本中，BSAFE 產品團隊將從 2024 年 2 月到 2023 年 9 月，推動 BSAFE Micro Edition Suite 4.6.2 和所有 4.6.x 的服務壽命結束日期。

由於 MES 5.0.x 是與 MES 4.6.x 相容的 API/ABI，因此升級到 MES 5.0.2.1 並不會造成任何問題。

Dell BSAFE 產品生命週期版本已據此更新。
