Cause

  • 这可能是由于客户端服务器上的 VSS 卷影拷贝高。
  • 系统编写器、ASR 编写器、WMI 编写器、注册表编写器 — 全部必须处于稳定状态，并且没有错误。
  • VSS 的初始化未成功，并且经常卡住。

 

Resolution

  1. 停止备份客户端服务器中的客户端代理服务。
  2. 终止客户端服务器上所有与 nsr 相关的进程。
  3. 检查 VSS 系统编写器，它应该对所有 VSS 编写器保持稳定。
  4. 从客户端服务器中删除所有卷影。
  5. 检查服务器文件条目。它应该是 Path：- <C：\Program Files\EMC Networker\nsr\res\servers 下的备份服务器名称>
  6. 在 path：- <C：\Program Files\EMC Networker\nsr\ 下重命名“tmp”文件夹>
  7. 开始备份客户端服务器中的客户端代理服务。
  8. 打开 networker 用户 GUI 并尝试与客户端服务器上的 备份服务r 连接 。
