Symptoms

iDRAC Service Module (iSM) 5.4 og ældre kan ikke uploade en SupportAssist-indsamling tilbage til Dell. Følgende fejl kan ses i begge operativsystemlogfiler:

UploadSAFileHandShakeRequest: Failed after Max number of retry, returning
SupportAssistUploadToDellFUSServer : File Upload HandShake API failed in [2] request,

 

Cause

Dell har udfaset funktionen til upload af SupportAssist-samlinger grundet nedlukning af de modtagende servere i Dell Technologies.

Resolution

Hvis Dells tekniske support anmoder om en SupportAssist-indsamling, giver de instruktioner om, hvordan man manuelt uploader rapportfilen.
