Symptoms

成功向 PowerProtect Data Manager 註冊 Linux AIX 伺服器後，後續的探索工作可能會失敗，並顯示下列錯誤：

ASDS0009
An exception occurred while discovering Applications System for AddOn FILE_SYSTEM_CLUSTER on host <Linux\AIX Server>: 
Process /opt/dpsapps/fsagent/bin/ddfscon failed with error code 1

The Application System discovery was unsuccessful.
Recommended Action: 
Check the log files at INSTALL_DIR\DPSAPPS\AGENTSERVICE\logs.
Where INSTALL_DIR is the directory on the user machine where the agent service is installed.
If the issue persists, contact Dell Customer Support.

在 OpAgnetSVC*.log 在 Linux AIX 伺服器上，出現下列錯誤

Cause

IPv6 是 /etc/hosts 檔案遺失或標示為 Linux AIX 伺服器。

這 /etc/hosts Linux AIX 伺服器上的檔案應包含下列行：

    127.0.0.1   localhost localhost.localdomain localhost4 localhost4.localdomain4
    ::1         localhost localhost.localdomain localhost6 localhost6.localdomain6

Resolution

若要解決此問題，請新增或取消註解 /etc/hosts file 並重新啟動 PowerProtect 代理程式服務。
