ECS: Cómo activar xDoctor mediante SMTP dedicado y habilitar alertas de Call Home cuando la conexión SCG no está disponible

Summary: La conexión de ECS a SCG falla debido a problemas temporales con la sincronización de registros de activos de Dell y, en algunos otros casos, no se permite la conexión de SCG (sitios oscuros). En tales situaciones, no se puede activar xDoctor. Sin la activación de xDoctor, ECS no enviará alertas de Call Home ni aparecerá en xDoctor/CLM, ya que xDoctor utiliza SMTP para informar alertas a CLM. Por lo tanto, se envía un correo electrónico al destinatario cuando se genera una alerta, no se genera ninguna solicitud de servicio Call Home sin el portal xDoctor y la conectividad CLM. Nota: Las configuraciones de SMTP dedicadas tienen limitaciones cuando se genera SR de DialHome para alertas nativas de ECS. Esto es por diseño. Para generar DialHome para alertas nativas de ECS, CLM utiliza el gateway de SCG. Dado que el SMTP dedicado no tiene SCG, CLM no generó ningún caso de DialHome.
