ECS：専用SMTPを使用してxDoctorをアクティブ化し、SCG接続が使用できない場合にオートコール アラートを有効にする方法

Summary: ECSからSCGへの接続は、Dell資産レコードの同期に関する一時的な問題が原因で失敗します。また、SCG接続が許可されない場合もあります(ダーク サイト)。 このような状況では、xDoctor をアクティブ化できません。xDoctorはSMTPを使用してアラートをCLMに報告するため、xDoctorをアクティブ化しないと、ECSはオートコール アラートを送信したり、xDoctor/CLMに表示されたりしません。したがって、アラートが生成されるとEメールが受信者に送信されます。xDoctorポータルとCLM接続がなければ、オートコール サービス リクエストは生成されません。 このKBでは、SCGの代わりに専用のSMTPサーバーを使用してxDoctorをアクティブ化する手順について説明します。各SCGゲートウェイには、統合SMTPサーバーがあります。存在する場合は、SCGの問題が解決されるまで、専用のSMTPサーバーの代わりに使用できます。 ...

Instructions

注：ECSネイティブ アラートのDialHome SRを生成する場合、専用のSMTP構成には制限があります。これは仕様によるものです。ECSネイティブ アラートのDialHomeを生成するために、CLMはSCGゲートウェイを使用します。専用SMTPにはSCGがないため、CLMによってDialHomeケースは生成されませんでした。

詳細については、KB ECS: 上記のメモに関連してSMTPのみが構成されている場合、ECSネイティブ アラートに対してDialHome SRは生成されません。
 

  1. SCG接続に問題がある場合、xDoctorのアクティベーションが失敗する。以下のログに記録されている
