Summary: Połączenie ECS z SCG nie udaje się z powodu tymczasowych problemów z synchronizacją rekordów zasobów firmy Dell, a w niektórych innych przypadkach połączenie SCG jest niedozwolone (dark sites). W takich sytuacjach xDoctor nie może zostać aktywowany. Uwaga: Dedykowane konfiguracje SMTP mają ograniczenia podczas generowania DialHome SR dla natywnych alertów ECS. Jest to zamierzone. Aby wygenerować natywne alerty DialHome dla ECS, CLM używa bramki SCG. Ponieważ dedykowany protokół SMTP nie ma SCG, CLM nie wygenerował żadnego przypadku DialHome.
