ЕКС: Як активувати xDoctor за допомогою виділеного SMTP та увімкнути оповіщення з набору додому, коли підключення до SCG недоступне

Summary: Не вдається підключитися ECS до SCG через тимчасові проблеми із синхронізацією запису активів Dell, а в деяких інших випадках підключення SCG не допускається (темні сайти). У таких ситуаціях xDoctor не може бути активований. Без активації xDoctor ECS не надсилатиме сповіщення з дому та не відображатиметься в xDoctor/CLM, оскільки xDoctor використовує SMTP для надсилання сповіщень до CLM. Таким чином, під час генерації оповіщення одержувачу надсилається електронний лист, запит на послугу «діал-додому» не генерується без порталу xDoctor та підключення CLM. Ця база даних пояснює кроки для активації xDoctor за допомогою виділеного SMTP-сервера замість SCG. Кожен шлюз SCG має вбудований SMTP-сервер. Примітка: Виділені конфігурації SMTP мають обмеження при генерації DialHome SR для власних сповіщень ECS. Це за задумом. Для генерації DialHome для власних сповіщень ECS CLM використовує шлюз SCG. Оскільки виділений SMTP не має SCG, корпус DialHome не був згенерований CLM.

Дивись KB ECS: DialHome SR не генерується для власних сповіщень ECS, якщо налаштовано лише SMTP, як це стосується примітки вище.
