ECS: Sådan aktiveres xDoctor ved hjælp af dedikeret SMTP og aktiveres opkaldsadvarsler, når SCG-forbindelse ikke er tilgængelig

Summary: ECS-til-SCG-forbindelsen mislykkes på grund af midlertidige problemer med synkronisering af Dells aktivregistrering, og i nogle andre tilfælde er SCG-forbindelse ikke tilladt (mørke websteder). I sådanne situationer kan xDoctor ikke aktiveres. Uden xDoctor-aktivering sender ECS ikke advarsler om hjemmeopkald eller vises i xDoctor/CLM, da xDoctor bruger SMTP til at rapportere advarsler til CLM. Derfor sendes der en e-mail til modtageren, når der genereres en advarsel, der genereres ingen anmodning om hjemmetjeneste uden xDoctor-portalen og CLM-forbindelse. Bemærk: Dedikerede SMTP-konfigurationer har begrænsninger, når der genereres DialHome SR til ECS-indbyggede advarsler. Det er udviklet til at fungere på denne måde. CLM bruger SCG-gatewayen til at generere DialHome til indbyggede ECS-advarsler. Da dedikeret SMTP ikke har SCG, blev der ikke genereret nogen DialHome-sag af CLM.
