ECS: So aktivieren Sie xDoctor über dediziertes SMTP und aktivieren Dial-Home-Warnmeldungen, wenn keine SCG-Verbindung verfügbar ist

Summary: Die Verbindung von ECS zu SCG schlägt aufgrund temporärer Probleme mit der Synchronisierung von Dell Bestandsdatensätzen fehl und in einigen anderen Fällen ist die SCG-Verbindung nicht zulässig (Dark Sites). In solchen Situationen kann xDoctor nicht aktiviert werden. Ohne xDoctor-Aktivierung sendet ECS keine Dial-Home-Warnmeldungen und wird nicht in xDoctor/CLM angezeigt, da xDoctor SMTP verwendet, um Warnmeldungen an CLM zu melden. Daher wird eine E-Mail an den Empfänger gesendet, wenn eine Warnmeldung erzeugt wird, und ohne xDoctor-Portal und CLM-Konnektivität wird kein Dial-Home-Service-Request erzeugt. Instructions

Hinweis: Dedizierte SMTP-Konfigurationen haben Einschränkungen bei der Generierung von DialHome-SR für native ECS-Warnmeldungen. Dies ist beabsichtigt. Um DialHome für native ECS-Warnmeldungen zu erzeugen, verwendet CLM das SCG-Gateway. Da dediziertes SMTP nicht über SCG verfügt, wurde von CLM kein DialHome-Fall erzeugt.
