ECS: Kuinka aktivoida xDoctor käyttämällä erityistä SMTP: tä ja ottaa käyttöön dial-home-hälytykset, kun SCG-yhteys ei ole käytettävissä

Summary: ECS–SCG-yhteys epäonnistuu Dellin resurssitietueiden tilapäisten synkronointiongelmien vuoksi. Joissakin muissa tapauksissa SCG-yhteyttä ei sallita (pimeät sivustot). Tällaisissa tilanteissa xDoctoria ei voi aktivoida. Ilman xDoctor-aktivointia ECS ei lähetä dial-home-hälytyksiä tai näy xDoctorissa/CLM:ssä, koska xDoctor käyttää SMTP:tä hälytysten ilmoittamiseen CLM:lle. Siksi vastaanottajalle lähetetään sähköpostiviesti, kun hälytys luodaan, eikä kotiin soitettavaa palvelupyyntöä luoda ilman xDoctor-portaalia ja CLM-yhteyttä. Instructions

Huomautus: Erillisillä SMTP-kokoonpanoilla on rajoituksia, kun luodaan DialHome SR ECS:n natiivihälytyksiä varten. Tämä johtuu käytetystä tekniikasta. CLM luo DialHomen ECS:n alkuperäisille hälytyksille SCG-yhdyskäytävän avulla. Koska erillisessä SMTP:ssä ei ole SCG:tä, CLM ei luonut DialHome-tapausta.
