ECS: Come attivare xDoctor utilizzando un SMTP dedicato e abilitare avvisi dial-home quando la connessione SCG non è disponibile

Summary: La connessione da ECS a SCG non riesce a causa di problemi temporanei con la sincronizzazione dei record degli asset Dell e, in alcuni altri casi, la connessione SCG non è consentita (dark site). In tali situazioni, xDoctor non può essere attivato. Senza l'attivazione di xDoctor, ECS non invierà avvisi dial-home né verrà visualizzato in xDoctor/CLM, poiché xDoctor utilizza SMTP per segnalare gli avvisi a CLM. Pertanto, viene inviata un'e-mail al destinatario quando viene generato un avviso, non viene generata alcuna richiesta di servizio dial-home senza il portale xDoctor e la connettività CLM. Nota: Le configurazioni SMTP dedicate presentano limitazioni durante la generazione di SR DialHome per gli avvisi nativi di ECS. Si tratta del funzionamento previsto per progettazione. Per generare DialHome per gli avvisi nativi di ECS, CLM utilizza il gateway SCG. Poiché l SMTP dedicato non dispone di SCG, non è stato generato alcun caso DialHome da CLM.
