Summary: Dell 자산 레코드 동기화와 관련된 일시적인 문제로 인해 ECS에서 SCG로의 연결이 실패하고 다른 경우에는 SCG 연결이 허용되지 않습니다(다크 사이트). 이러한 상황에서는 xDoctor를 활성화할 수 없습니다. xDoctor가 SMTP를 사용하여 CLM에 알림을 보고하므로 xDoctor를 활성화하지 않으면 ECS가 Dial-Home 알림을 보내거나 xDoctor/CLM에 나타나지 않습니다. 따라서 경고가 생성되면 수신자에게 이메일이 전송되며, xDoctor 포털 및 CLM 연결이 없으면 Dial-Home 서비스 요청이 생성되지 않습니다. 이 KB는 SCG 대신 전용 SMTP 서버를 사용하여 xDoctor를 활성화하는 단계에 대해 설명합니다. 각 SCG 게이트웨이에는 통합 SMTP 서버가 있습니다. 있는 경우 SCG 문제가 해결될 때까지 전용 SMTP 서버 대신 사용할 수 있습니다. ...

Instructions

참고: ECS 기본 알림을 위한 DialHome SR을 생성할 때는 전용 SMTP 구성에 제한이 있습니다. 이런 방식으로 동작하도록 설계되었습니다. ECS 기본 알림에 대한 DialHome을 생성하기 위해 CLM은 SCG 게이트웨이를 사용합니다. 전용 SMTP에는 SCG가 없으므로 CLM에서 DialHome 케이스를 생성하지 않았습니다.

KB ECS: 위의 참고와 관련하여 SMTP만 구성된 경우 ECS 기본 알림에 대해 DialHome SR이 생성되지 않습니다.
