ECS: Så här aktiverar du xDoctor med dedikerad SMTP och aktiverar hemvarningar när SCG-anslutning inte är tillgänglig

Summary: Anslutningen mellan ECS och SCG misslyckas på grund av tillfälliga problem med synkroniseringen av Dells tillgångsregister, och i vissa andra fall tillåts inte SCG-anslutning (mörka webbplatser). I sådana situationer kan xDoctor inte aktiveras. Utan xDoctor-aktivering kommer ECS inte att skicka call-home-varningar eller visas i xDoctor/CLM, eftersom xDoctor använder SMTP för att rapportera varningar till CLM. Därför skickas ett e-postmeddelande till mottagaren när en varning genereras, ingen begäran om uppringningstjänst genereras utan xDoctor-portal och CLM-anslutning. Obs! Dedikerade SMTP-konfigurationer har begränsningar vid generering av DialHome SR för inbyggda ECS-varningar. Det här är enligt utformningen. För att generera DialHome för inbyggda ECS-varningar använder CLM SCG-gatewayen. Eftersom dedikerad SMTP inte har SCG genererades inget DialHome-ärende av CLM.

Se KB ECS: Ingen DialHome-SR genereras för inbyggda ECS-varningar om endast SMTP har konfigurerats när det gäller anteckningen ovan.
