ECS：如何使用专用 SMTP 激活 xDoctor，并在 SCG 连接不可用时启用呼叫总部警报

Instructions

提醒：为 ECS 本机警报生成 DialHome SR 时，专用 SMTP 配置具有限制。这是设计的本意。要为 ECS 本机警报生成 DialHome，CLM 使用 SCG 网关。由于专用 SMTP 没有 SCG，因此 CLM 未生成 DialHome 案例。

请参阅 KB ECS：如果仅按照上述注释的要求配置 SMTP，则不会为 ECS 本机警报生成 DialHome SR。
