Symptoms

Unisphere UI of Unisphere Service Manager (USM) wordt mogelijk niet geopend wanneer u Java JRE 9 uitvoert. De Unisphere-gebruikersinterface geeft een blauw scherm weer. Er wordt geen andere foutmelding weergegeven.

 

Cause

Dit geldt voor alle versies van de Unisphere-gebruikersinterface (inclusief On-array en Off-array).

 

Resolution

Nadat het Windows-werkstation is bijgewerkt naar JAVA 9, installeert u Unisphere Client 1.3.9.1.0999 voor Windows en Unisphere Service Manager (USM) 1.3.9.1.0999 voor Windows vanaf https://support.emc.com/ om dit probleem op te lossen.
