Data Domain 容量使用率報告中遺失 Data Domain 系統的所有 SNMP 型資料收集要求均失敗，並顯示下列錯誤訊息：

Either host is down or invalid credentials have been provided

所有基於 SSH 的數據收集請求都成功完成。  在偵錯低dpaagent.log中，SNMP 要求逾時以嘗試收集資訊，然後傳回上述錯誤訊息：

Data Domain 系統設定了多個 NIC 和 IP。  從 DPA 代理程式針對 Data Domain 短名稱執行 nslookup 時，它會解析成多個 IP 位址，其中只有一個 IP （a.b.c.130） 是管理介面：

從 DPA 代理程式針對 Data Domain 主機名稱 （如下所示） 執行 snmpwalk 失敗。

snmpwalk.exe -r:<DD_hostaname> -c:public -v:2c -p:161

針對管理介面 （a.b.c.130） 的 IP 位址執行 snmpwalk 會成功完成，並從 Data Domain 傳回資料。

Data Domain 系統已設定為使用多個介面，但僅管理介面接受傳入的 SNMP 要求。

可以採取下列步驟來解決問題：

1. 登入 DPA 代理程式系統
2. 瀏覽至主機檔案 （位置取決於作業系統）
3. 使用文字編輯器開啟主機檔案
4. 新增或更新 Data Domain 主機名稱項目，管理介面 IP 現已列出
5. 重新啟動 DPA 代理程式服務
