本文概述了 Secure Remote Support 使用的 IP 地址。

所有新的或现有的 Secure Remote Services 安装都必须添加下面列出的所有主机名和 IP 地址。

提醒：本文是针对 ESRS 和 SRSv3 创建的。SCG 文档（如 SCG 5 支持矩阵和 SCG5 用户指南）中也提供了安全连接网关 5所需的主机名和端口。
 
提醒：SCG 要求与本文中提到的类似，但也 需要端口 8443 才能 esrs3-core.emc.com 和 esrs3-coredr.emc.com（本文已更新以反映这一点。）

所有 Secure Remote Services 用户都将迁移到新的 Secure Remote Services 基础架构，日期待定，为现有基础架构的停用做准备。无论在哪个地理位置，所有主机和 IP 地址都应该配置为“仅限出站”。

  • 对于全局访问服务器 （GAS） 服务器的 https 流量，必须在端口 443 和 8443 上允许流量。
未能为 GAS 服务器打开端口 8443 会导致显著的性能影响 （30 - 45%），并可能导致延迟解决终端设备的问题。
  • 不允许进行 SSL 检查、证书验证或证书代理。
  • 此外，Secure Remote Services V3（VE 或 DE）需要访问以下主机，以获得备用连接方法 FTPS：

提醒：我们无法提供特定的 IP 地址或地址范围，因为 IP 地址取决于解析要使用的 EMC 在线支持主机的 DNS 服务器的位置（地理位置）。如果用户必须提供 IP 地址，则应在本地使用 nslookup，并且使用该 IP 地址。可能会发现有多个 IP 地址，因为 DNS 可能正在执行“轮循”。如果发现这种情况，用户应在其防火墙中配置此 IP 地址，以允许故障切换。如果在 ESRS IP 客户端（设备网关）上使用主机文件，则只能将一个 IP 地址用于 EMC 在线支持。如果向 EMC 在线支持进行的主机文件身份验证中引用的特定主机可能失败，则这确实会产生轻微风险。
