Symptoms

Quando i seguenti flag non sono impostati, in alcuni casi il traffico di replica scorre attraverso pool non di replica, causando congestione e problemi di prestazioni. 
Force Interface: No
Restrict Target Network: No 

Cause

Per impostazione predefinita, la route predefinita nella tabella di routing viene utilizzata per determinare l'interfaccia da cui ha origine il traffico.

Quando i due flag "Force Interface" e "Restrict Target Network" non sono impostati, viene utilizzata una tabella di routing e viene visualizzato il traffico in un pool di rete non di replica.

Resolution

PIANO D'AZIONE:
  1. Identificare la policy da modificare e verificare se le opzioni sono impostate correttamente.
# isi sync policies view --policy=test | egrep 'Name:|Subnet|Pool|Force|Target:|Restrict'

Isilon02-3# isi sync policies view --policy=test | egrep 'Name:|Target:|Subnet|Pool|Force|Restrict'
                                 Name: test

  1. Impostare i flag per limitare il traffico alle reti di origine e di destinazione corrette e verificare la modifica.
# isi sync policies modify test --force-interface=yes --restrict-target-network=yes
# isi sync policies view --policy=test | egrep 'Name:|Subnet|Pool|Force|Target:|Restrict'
