Alienware x15 R2 和 x17 R2 筆記型電腦擁有者可能會發現，當您使用專用圖形處理器 （dGPU） 模式時，Dolby 無法運作。
當您在 NVIDIA 控制面板中將 Dolby Digital Sound （DDS） 模式切換為 NVIDIA 的 dGPU 模式時，Dolby 停止運作。
在 Netflix 中播放影片時，螢幕右上角不會出現杜比圖示。
Cause
Dolby Vision 僅適用於預設的繪圖處理器 （GPU） 模式。它不支援即時切換到其他 GPU 設置。這是這些情況下的預期行為。
Resolution
您的筆記型電腦和軟體是依設計運作。我們建議您使用以下步驟將顯示模式更改為 Optimus：
