Symptoms

在搜索升級期間，它可以迴圈運行，但無法按預期完成。
升級狀態不會在 /etc/puppet/status 中變更為「xxxx.zip已完成」。

從 /mnt/search/log/puppet/puppet_agent.log，我們得到以下內容： 
Preparing...                          ########################################
                package crda-3.18-8.1.x86_64 (which is newer than crda-1.1.3-4.5.1.x86_64) is already installed
Apply SUSE patches failed with error code:254!

它會繼續循環處理這些錯誤。

Cause

這是由於無法升級 CRDA 二進位檔而造成。機器中已存在的版本比要升級的版本更高。

這會在 SUSE Linux 更新中觸發錯誤，接著搜尋無法升級。

Resolution

若要解決此問題並允許升級進行，我們必須卸載阻止升級的包：

從連接到搜索伺服器的 putty 會話中，運行以下命令以刪除衝突的包： 
rpm -e crda-3.18-8.1.x86_64
安裝將重新啟動，並從升級工作流安裝正確的包。

若為 Integration Data Protection Appliance，這會由 RUCK 工具識別。在所有搜尋節點上執行上述命令。

若為 DP8x00 機型，在開始升級之前，也必須在兩個索引節點上執行此作業。
