IMPORTANT NOTE:
  • Two separate kits are available within the Firmware .zip file, 32-bit and 64-bit. After you download the .zip file, when you install the update, the wizard asks you to select the kit to install.
    • Select the 32-bit kit for array models: PS60x0, PS65x0, or PS-M4110
    • Select the 64-bit kit for array models: PS41x0, PS4210, PS61x0, PS6210, or PS6610

Supported PS Platforms

The following PS Array series are supported:

  • PS4100, PS4110, PS-M4110
  • PS4210
  • PS6000, PS6010, PS6100, PS6110
  • PS6500, PS6510
  • PS6210
  • PS6610

 

NOTE:
  • Arrays model numbers PS50E to PS2400E (including the common PS100E-PS400E and PS3_00X & PS3_00XV models), PS5000 (including PS5000E, PS5000X and PS500XV models), and PS5500 have reached end-of-service-life. Firmware version 8.1.x does not load on these arrays (controller types 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6).
  • PS4000 has reached end-of-service-life. Firmware version 10.x does not load on this array (controller type 8).
