SyncIQポリシーが失敗すると、失敗の理由を含むレポートがログに記録されます。失敗したジョブが正常に完了すると、SyncIQポリシーの状態は次のように表示されます。 needs_attention 状態：

ジョブIDが特定されたら、レポートを表示して、出力の最後に表示されているメインのジョブIDの下にログされたサブレポートを見つけます。

各サブレポートには、ジョブが正常に完了したサブレポートを含む開始時刻と終了時刻があります。

失敗したジョブのサブレポートのリストが使用可能になったら、表示するサブレポートを指定して失敗の理由を特定します

元の問題が解決されたにもかかわらず、SyncIQジョブが引き続き失敗する場合、各サブレポートには失敗の理由がそれぞれ含まれます。成功する前に、最近の失敗に関する最新のサブレポートを表示することをお勧めします。

SyncIQポリシーが再度実行され、障害なく完了すると、ステータスは needs_attention の出力を Finishedの詳細を確認してください。障害が解決しない場合は、適切な対応処置を決定するために調査する必要があります。
