Symptoms
如果僅設定專用 SMTP 警示，則不會產生適用於 ECS 原生警示的 DialHome SR。
Cause
為 ECS 原生警示產生 DialHome SR 時，專用 SMTP 組態有限制。
這是根據設計運作。
若要為 ECS 原生警示產生 DialHome，Dell Services （CLM） 會使用 Secure Remote Services （Secure Remote Services） 閘道。
由於專用 SMTP 沒有 Secure Remote Services，因此不會從 CLM 產生 dial-home 案例。
Resolution
如果用戶端想要 ECS 的原生警示，則需要 SCG 閘道。
