Symptoms
전용 SMTP 알림만 구성된 경우 ECS용 DialHome SR 기본 알림이 생성되지 않습니다.
Cause
ECS 기본 알림을 위한 DialHome SR을 생성할 때는 전용 SMTP 구성에 제한이 있습니다.
이런 방식으로 동작하도록 설계되었습니다.
ECS 기본 알림용 DialHome을 생성하기 위해 Dell 서비스(CLM)는 Secure Remote Services(Secure Remote Services) 게이트웨이를 사용합니다.
전용 SMTP에는 Secure Remote Services가 없으므로 CLM에서 Dial-Home 케이스가 생성되지 않습니다.
Resolution
클라이언트가 ECS에 대한 기본 알림을 원하는 경우 SCG 게이트웨이가 필요합니다.
