Symptoms

- PowerFlex Manager UI 로그인 화면이 표시되지만, 로그인 시도가 성공하지 못합니다. 

- 자격 증명을 입력한 후 사용자에게 오류 화면이 표시됩니다(아래 스크린샷 참조).

PowerFlex GUI PFMP

Cause

  • 캐시 및 브라우저 기록 지우기가 작동하지 않음
  • 아래 명령을 사용하여 포드의 상태를 확인했으며 모든 포드가 "실행 중"이었습니다.
kubectl get pods –n powerflex
  • asmManager 포드 로그를 확인했는데 SSO 로그인 단계에서 로그인 시도가 멈춘 것 같았습니다

Resolution

아래 명령을 사용하여 keycloak 포드를 다시 시작합니다. 

kubectl rollout restart sts -n powerflex keycloak

참고: 관찰된 대로 "rollout restart deployment"는 하나의 키 cloak Pod만 시작하므로 다른 key cloak Pod를 별도로 다시 시작해야 합니다.
